Each daily serving provides, 10g of pure Creatine Monohydrate and 10g of 'extra' Glutamine. Glutamine being very anabolic, promoting muscle growth, energy & nitrogen retention, while optimising natural Growth hormone production. Correct amounts of Dextrose to spike your insulin levels, essential to force feed your muscles full of amino acids and creatine. 3g of HMB and 80mg of Beta-Ecdysterone to increase muscle tissue recovery and prevent muscle tissue loss and break down. Usage Instructions - UKM Maxiclone

Add 1.5 scoops (60g) to 350ml water or milk (mix to taste). Use a UKM shaker or fork. For best results add liquid first.

Take 3 scoops daily. 1.5 scoops in the morning and 1.5 scoops after training, or if not training then in the afternoon.
